Oliver Peter Patrick Peyton, OBE is an Irish restaurateur who also serves as a judge on the BBC’s Great British Menu.
Peyton opened the Admiralty restaurant in Somerset House in 2002 to service the artist’s community, and Inn the Park, a restaurant in St James’s Park, opened in 2004.
Since its launch on BBC2 television in 2006, Peyton has been one of the three judges on the Great British Menu. Food critic Matthew Fort dubbed him “the Phineas T. Barnum of restaurateurs.”
